How long will it take to ship my parcel(s)?

After confirming your payment, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 1 p.m. Pacific time will be shipped by the next business day. If you order after 1 pm Pacific Time on Friday, your order may be shipped the following Monday (public holidays are not included). Packages usually arrive at your destination within 10-15 working days, but sometimes it takes longer.

Do you ship worldwide?

Theoretically, we can ship worldwide, but the more specific details will depend on our logistics partner.

Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when the shipment reaches your country. Tax fees may vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. Each country/state has its own threshold after which taxes will be applied. Please contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
 
Please note that our store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package and will not cover any additional charges for customs clearance. In rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order under the “My Orders” section of your X-SURE Account, as long as the cancel order button is active and your order is under pending shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the cancellation will not be possible; you can email us at support@x-sure.co and we can provide you with the address to reship the product back to us at your own expense. We will issue a refund once we’ve inspected and received your parcel.
